Giving thanks again for our wonderful Democratic administration

Obama Administration Overrules FDA On Easing Plan B Restrictions, reports ThinkProgress:

The surprising decision stunned activists. Susan F. Wood, who resigned from the FDA in 2005 because of delays in relaxing restrictions on Plan B, told the Washington Post she was “beyond stunned” by the decision. “There is no rationale that can justify HHS reaching in and overturning the FDA on the decision about this safe and effective contraception,” Wood said.

It’s being reported that this is the first time ever that a health secretary has overruled the FDA. It’s amazing, isn’t it? It’s almost like they’re Republicans or something.

Meanwhile, the real Republicans are putting on a clown show that I can only describe as spectacular.

These are our choices in America.

How much more input do Obama fans need before they finally get it: He is anti-woman. Always has been; always will be.

yeah, and i hope Gloria Steinem is so proud tonight of all her campaigning this year with the “Mom-in-Chief” for this most misogynist of presidents. Yuk.

He’s just screwing with us now. The only surprise is that he didn’t pull a Nobel and announce it personally at a Ms. Foundation fundraiser while wearing a “This is what a feminist looks like” t-shirt.

Swannie’s comment makes me think that maybe we’ve regressed even more centuries than I thought. B0 is hoping to win with this shit. But it was a long time ago that the gods were petitioned for success by sacrificing young girls.

This is political pandering to the religionists, pure and simple.

Tylenol is more potentially dangerous than Plan B, and yet anyone of any age can purchase that drug in hundreds of thousands of retail stores across the country.
