A comment that tells you everything you need to know about the Obamabots

By Violet Socks · Sunday, June 8th, 2008 ·

From a commenter at Tom Watson’s blog:

Oh well who cares if no majority Caucasian country in the history of the western world has ever nominated a black man before. It’s no biggie, some dude’s wife is much more monumental.

Just in case you’re wondering why women like me are ready to fight tooth and nail to keep these assholes from taking over the party.

I’ve said it before and I expect to say it many more times over the next months: if Obama succeeds in taking over the Democratic Party, then the Democratic Party will no longer be the party of women’s rights.

Heck, I’m sorry Violet, I meant to post that comment to a different post…. the Axelrod Strikes Again one. Sorry! I’m such a doofus.

  2. Violet says:

Ciccina, I moved the comment to the Axelrod post.

And the continuing stupidity of Obamacrats is mind numbing. They continue to insult and diminish the Clinton Democrats and Senator Clinton herself with a vitriol that is stunning.

Has there ever been such whiny-assed, crybaby winners? You won twits. Get over it. You won. You cheated - lied - insulted - and dismissed large chunks of your won party and you won. The party leadership acted like Mafioso and you won.

We don’t like it. We don’t have to like it. And we will continue to bitch, nitpick, comment, call out dishonesty, and corrupt behavior endlessly.

You won. Move on with your life. Why are you so obsessed with those that lost? Why are you so obsessed with those that do not agree with you or your crappy candidate?

They’re like the rapist that wants his victim to tell him how “good” he is. Ain’t gonna happen Obamacrats. Those that oppose you and your crappy candidate are the ones that have integrity and honesty on their side.

Course you can always “hope” we’ll “change”.

220 years of male presidents, and they can’t see that the real change would be a WOMAN?

Oh sure, just give it to the guy who announced his candidacy after just ONE year in the U.S. Senate. wtf.

    P-l-e-a-s-e, Dr. Socks!!

If Obambi is not elected (Pray Zeus!) come November, you mean to say, that The Democratic Party will no longer be ‘the Party of Women’s Rights?’ Oh, please, pray tell, Dr. Socks, when has ANY party really been ‘the party of women’s rights’? It’s always by women pumas’ own fighting tooth and nail to get what’s theirs, to tear them rights out of the mouths of male jungle beasties of any political affiliation or color,or amount of furry tongue, that any real “Change”, Change that we can believe in, has ever transpired!

But I’d love to know the name of this elusive Party, Dr. Socks, which, to be honest, I’ve always believed to be just another of Plato’s Forms, a desired Idea metaphysically floating up there in Perfection Land, an idea whose essence will be forever deluding the mortal Republic of Womankind!

With Hillary, we’ve come as close to that unattainable (women’s rights) Party Idea as any mere mortal could have imagined. But the male jungle beasts wouldn’t part with their prey this time either. Oh, well, who cares if no majority party in the history of American politics has ever nominated a Woman before. It’s no biggie. Some black dude with a bad attitude who steals elections indiscriminately from both black and white women is much more monumental!

Katherine, they do see it. They don’t care.

Actually that is why they are making these statements; to diminish historical impact of Hillary running/winning the presidency.

Not only that, I truly believe that the ‘new’ DNC does not want women in the party. How many times have we seen/heard Obama making sexist remarks intentionally sticking it to women?

In 2008, truly women are still worth very little in this society. If anything comes of this election cycle, women will wake up to this fact. (or some will)
