By The Ghost of Violet · Monday, September 24th, 2007 ·

Courtesy of the Times:

1. There is no homosexuality in Iran.

2. Women in Iran are “the freest women in the world.”

I was already up on the thing about how we need to devote serious research to sorting out the mystery of whether the Holocaust really happened.

  1. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says:

Who Who told you we had homosexuals in Iran, “I want him DEAD! I want his family DEAD! I want his house burned to the GROUND!”

Yes, of course our women are free, free to do what I tell them.

I don’t understand why Bush doesn’t like me, we both aspire to be dictators. Of course he could just be pissed cause I am the front runner in the race to oppression.

  2. Christina says:

Huh. Well, that’s odd. i wonder why these two guys are being hung, then? I mean, they said it was b/c they were gay, but if there are no gays in Iran, then it must be something else, right?

  3. Eden says:

I read three articles in the (Australian) media, and all mentioned the “no homosexual” thing in some detail. Only one article mentioned Iranian women and that was only in passing….

  4. Mister Nice Guy says:

Given that, as in most parliamentary republics, the President of Iran is largely a figurehead with little executive authority, I’m thinking MA is envious of Bush’s near-tyrannical power.
