Quick poll
Just curious. Who do you think should be the Democratic nominee for president in 2008? Assuming you want the Democrats to win the election, that is.
This is, of course, a highly scientific poll, and because of my high-powered contacts within the Illuminati, the results can be expected to have a significant impact on planning for the 2008 campaign. So vote responsibly!
Poll is on the flip side. Sorry, if I put it on the front page everything gets messed up. (And I’m not sure the poll works with Firefox.)

Update: This guy’s walking away with it. Say hello to our next president!

It’s a rule in formal logic. False proves everything. When you defeat a presupposition, it creates an ambiguous sort of logical space in which you can make any statement you like.

The presuppositions in both statements don’t hold for me. Consequently, fish.

Jesus Christ, who’s voting for Kerry?

And who’s voting for Hillary “spines are for wimps” Clinton?
Feingold all the way.
Okay, screw it, Feingold doesn’t care enough about womyn’s issues. I say, MacKinnon/Craft in 2008!

It doesn’t work in Firefox.
Bush won because he cheated and because the Clintons are lying weasels. Next election the demoncrats will win because Bush is a lying weasel. But it won’t matter because all politicians are lying weasels.
Conversely, if the Libertarians ever won, the Christian fundies would take over. They are not only lying weasels, but seriously deluded as well.
No matter what happens, America is now the Great Satan and our fundamental rights are being ripped apart. And what are the major news stories? Dumbass Brittany almost dropped her baby AGAIN and someone got voted off American Idol. Our REAL national leaders are Oprah and Dr. Phil.

Gore might even be doing better than the poll shows. He’d be my second choice, and probably the second choice of a lot of other Feingold supporters as well.

You heard it from me: Mark Warner is our best chance.
Vote for Warner. Any other votes are sending the Presidency to some crazed Republican.

Will, is that Gov. Mark “I don’t support gay marriage” Warner?

I’m for Gore, who really was elected in 2000 and had the election stolen from him by W and the Supremes. He’s been my prez all along. And he has guts, unlike so many other of the spineless, gutless possibilities. Smart too!

Is he definitely running, or not?
The environment doc (which i saw on Friday, is worth seeing) sure seemed enough like a campaign flick to strongly suggest…
I’d far far rather him than Hillary or (nonoNO) Kerry again. and I can’t think of any other remotely likely candidate that enthuses me in the slightest, at least at this point. especially if he’s changed as much as it appears. well: “everything changed,” didn’t it. and he’s not stupid. (certainly not god forbid stupid enough to try to run to the center again, one hopes…)
I mean, if anyone should be at about the Return point in the Campbellian journey, it’s him. eight years in the wildnerness…let’s see what he’s brought back.
